Teacher Appreciation Week Giveaway Day FIVE!!

Happy Thursday!

You’ve *almost* made it to Friday. Woot! Woot! I have a love hate relationship with this time of year. I love enjoying all of the little light bulbs going on in my students’ heads. The pieces are finally coming together. Their reading and writing just melts my heart melt. School is just fun.

Then, there is the flip side. It’s time for end of year testing (TEMI and TPRI) and don’t forget about DRAing. Now doing the DRA a few months ago wasn’t a big deal but then I had to go and teach these kids how to read. Gah. LOL. Sooo..it will take a wee bit longer this time. It’s always exciting to see how far they’ve come but I’m not a fan of the repetition that you have to do for every…single..student. Sigh.
